Mom’s Dog Friends

Last weekend Mom left us and went on a road trip.

It’s something she loves to do but we hate it so we stay home with her brother.

That puts a lot of pressure on me ‘cuz I have to make sure he doesn’t forget to feed us or give us treats.

So how’s that going?

Just fine so far!

Anyway, she said we wouldn’t like to go with her ‘cuz she was going to see her girlfriend and there are two dogs there.

So?  We think we’re dogs anyway.

Yes…….but those dogs don’t think they’re cats! However, I think I probably would have fit right in!

You’re right!  You look just like them.  You should have gone with Mom and then I could have stayed home and had lots of food and treats.

Oh no, your Mom has gone to the dogs! I am sure she misses you though.

That was last weekend and she said she really did miss us. She’s been home playing with us this weekend. 🙂

Staying home with treats sounds good to me! Although I like traveling myself… and I’m even okay with dogs!

We like dogs ‘cuz we both think we’re dogs. However, neither one of us likes to travel.

We hope your Mom won’t smell too much of dog when she gets back home to you.

We made her go pick catnip for us and that took care of the smell. MOL!

Moms should not be allowed to leave without us to go ANYWHERE! Especially where there are other pets.

    Love and licks,

We agree, Cupcake. We should be the only ones that Moms play with!

Would you like them to visit you?

Oh yes! Our best friends in the neighborhood are two dogs. If they did visit, we would have lots of fun.

Purrs, meows, barks, chirps and human comments are greatly appreciated. We love hearing from our readers.
